Passengers with Reduced Mobility

Stockholm Skavsta Airport is committed to providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) during their time at the airport, from their arrival until they board the aircraft, and from the point of disembarkation until they leave the airport.

Special Assistance Meetingpoints are located in the airport terminal. If you need or already have booked assistance, please register in the Service Center in the Check-in hall when arriving to the airport. There are also Meetingpoints in the departure- and arrival halls. The Meetingpoints are marked on the Airport Area map and on the Terminal map.

The EU regulation requires that passengers with reduced mobility announce their assistance requirements to the airline at least 48 hours before flight departure. The easiest way is to book assistance when booking the flight ticket.

Booking of Special Assistance is made directly to the airline when you book your flight ticket, or in addition to your booking. The airport will automatically receive information about your need for assistance from the airline.

According to the airlines regulations, passengers who ordered Special Assistance are due to announce their arrival to the airport 2 hours prior to scheduled flight departure. At Stockholm Skavsta Airport, please contact the Service Center in the Check-in hall.
