Important information - passports

26 December - 2 January, it is not possible to apply for new Swedish passports or National ID cards.
New travel documents are being introduced in Sweden. In connection with this, no applications for passports or national ID card will be accepted between December 26 and January 2. If you’re travelling, you need to apply for a passport well in advance.
