July figure exceeds annual figure of 1999

Stockholm Skavsta's passenger figure for July 2008 is 258 032 and thereby exceeds the annual figure of 1999. During the full year 1999, 246 373 passengers travelled via the airport.

Stockholm Skavsta's passenger figure for July 2008 is 258 032 and thereby exceeds the annual figure of 1999. During the full year 1999,  246 373 passengers travelled via the airport.

Compared to July 2007 this was an increase of 33.8 %. Thereby, the fourth "all-time high" record has been set this year.

During the first seven months of the year, the airport has had an increase of 32.3 % compared to the year before.

Many holiday-makers enjoy the cheap tickets and the choice of many destinations. We can also establish that many travellers have found and used the new airport hotel - Connect Hotel, located ca 150 m from the terminal.
