Cancelled flights due to Ryanair strike 10 August

Due to an expected employees strike, Ryanair has cancelled all flights from/to Stockholm Skavsta Airport for Friday August 10, with the exception of the following flights Naples (FR 1335/FR 1336) and London Stansted (FR 58/FR59); these flight will operate as scheduled.

Total fire ban in the airport region

Due to the recent dry weather conditions and high risk of wildfires in the area, the County Administrative Board of Södermanland has issued a total fire ban.

5,1 % traffic growth for Stockholm Skavsta in 2017

Stockholm Skavsta Airport welcomed 2.132.072 passengers in 2017, an increase of 5,1% compared to last year. There were more commercial aircraft movements (+3,3%) and load factors of the scheduled services grew from 82,3% to 83,6%.

Extra staff for Spring/Summer 2018

Stockholm Skavsta Flygplats AB is looking for extra staff, mainly traffic assistants, but also ramp workers, for the summer season 2018.

Cancellation of flight to London 27 Dec.

Due to bad weather conditions in the London area, the FR1707 flight from London Stansted to Stockholm Skavsta today Wednesday 27 December, with arrival time 14:55, is cancelled. Accordingly, the FR1708 flight from Stockholm Skavsta to London Stansted at 15:20 is also cancelled.

Due to bad weather conditions in the London area, several flights are cancelled or delayed today, Sunday 10 December.

The Airport terminal at Stockholm Skavsta Airport was temporary evacuated on Wednesday 1 November for approximately an hour.
