Occasionally luggage is incorrectly loaded or damaged. Should your luggage not arrive or be damaged, please contact the staff at the Airport Information desk immediately for assistance.
Missing and damage reports have to be filed prior to leaving the airport. For rules and refunds, please contact your airline directly.
