The Airport Information is situated in the main terminal, opposite the check-in desks. If you need any assistance regarding your journey, just ask us!

Tuesday: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 07:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Thursday: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 07:00 AM – 00:00 PM
At the Airport Information you can pay for extra checked-in baggage and excess baggage weight.
Please note that for purchases of Wizz Air’s additional services, a service fee of SEK50 per additional service will apply when paying at the airport.
